Part of the Starlight in Shadow update (1.4.0.0).

1.4.4.0 adds two new weapons, which are the Sunset of the Sun God and Maniacal Justice, both of which are Spatial weapons. It also adds Harsh Light, a visual debuff, among other changes.

• After the defeat of the Lunatic Cultist, the world will be afflicted with Harsh Light- this effect is purely visual, but informs the player of the oncoming Light Everlasting so that they may be better prepared.
  • Players will be inflicted with a debuff detailing the situation (simply visual).
• Added two new weapons.

    • Essence of Surya - Defeat Tsukiyomi, the First Starfarer
    • (Daybreak, 30 Solar Fragments [Calamity enabled: 15 Yharon Soul Fragments])

    • Essence of Mania - Defeat Duke Fishron
    • (Psycho Knife, 12 Bones, Skull, Bone Sword)
• Adjusted dialogue after defeat of the Lunatic Cultist to inform players that they may lose access to nighttime temporarily in the future.
• Rewrote dialogue pertaining to Dioskouroi's summon item.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed bugs with the updated dialogue system's missing sprites.
