2.1.0.6 made some minor changes and fixed several bugs.

Changes
- The Neon Veil pylon now activates at the start of Hardmode.
- Stellar Nova energy cost can no longer go below 20.
- Asphodene's variant of Firefly Type-IV can no longer be spammed.
- Stellar Novas now have values that correctly scale off of effect duration.
- Made the Neon Veil generate farther from the world center on secret seeds.
- Removed Stellar Nova energy draining with Eridani's variant of the Renegade Technomancer's Synthweave.
Bugfixes
- Fixed Stellar Prisms rerolling stats after being withdrawn from Magic Storage.
- Maximum rarity Prisms no longer change rarity upon saving and reloading.
- Fixed dialogue that plays when defeating a boss playing if the boss despawns after all players died.
- Fixed the Programmer Turtle pet being too small.
- Fixed Eridani's variant of the Renegade Technomancer's Synthweave.
- Fixed the Legendary Shield causing bugs and not being able to have Weapon Memories imprinted on it.
