The Inugami Ripsaw is a craftable Pre-Hardmode Umbral melee weapon that is made obtainable after Queen Bee has been defeated.
Its best modifier is Godly.

In Game Description

Attacks deal constant damage and grant Endurance for 3 seconds on hit.
Defeating foes will heal 5 HP.
Defeating foes while below 100 HP will instead heal 15 HP.
Right click to activate Berserker Mode for 5 seconds, increasing damage dealt but dealing damage over time to yourself (20 second cooldown).
