The Painted Prism is a Tier 2 Stellar Prism dropped by Penthesilea, the Witch of Ink.
When equipped to a Stellar Nova, all enemies hit by the Stellar Nova, unless immune, will have Frostburn, Ichor and Oiled afflicted for 12 seconds.
It drops from Penthesilea, the Witch of Ink with a 25*1/4 (25%) chance.
Notes
- Like all Stellar Prisms, the effect of the Painted Prism doesn't stack with itself when duplicates are equipped in the Stellar Nova menu.
